> Can I go to your offices?: I would like to drop off payment, pick up a check or speak to someone about my policy. Can I do this at your home office?

> Making payments on a policy: How can I pay policy premiums and repay policy loans?

You can pay policy premiums and repay policy loans by mail or by making payments through our secure payment portal on the Online Policy Manager, available through the Policyowner Login on this site. You also can elect to have your policy premiums debited monthly from your checking account.

To pay by mail: Make all checks and online bank payments payable to Mutual Trust Life Insurance Company. Please include your policy number on the check and the bottom portion of your billing notice. Mail payments to our

To pay through our secure payment portal: Login to the Online Policy Manager, using the Policyowner Login on this site. Click "Select a Policy," select the "Financial Information" tab, click "Make a Payment," and follow the prompts.

You also can monitor your policies, view your billing statements, or download service forms from the Online Policy Manager by clicking here. First time visitors will need to register to view their policies.

To have policy premiums debited monthly, directly from your checking account: Please fill out our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Request (Form No. 2501-9), and submit it to the address indicated on the form, or Fax it to 630-684-5445.
